WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 2025

On June 5, 2025, the Municipality of Kitaotao proudly took part in the global celebration of World Environment Day by leading a large-scale environmental initiative that brought the entire community together in the spirit of unity, action, and care for the planet.

In the early morning hours, local government employees gathered to participate in a massive clean-up drive. The event aimed to restore the natural beauty of the municipality and promote environmental consciousness among its people.
